Returns Policy

We offer a 14 day return policy. Personalised/made-to-order products and Autentico paint may not be returned unless faulty. Where possible, we would ask that you return the item(s) with the original packaging. 

Simply :

-Email sales@alliemaeliving.co.uk prior to returning any items
-Stating Name, Order Number & Reason for Return for approval

Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email confirming the return.  Simply post your items back to us at Allie Mae Living, 38 Main Street, Maghera, Co. Londonderry. BT46 5AE. 

Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the order value, less the original shipping, to the original purchasing card.

Please Note:

Items must be returned in good, saleable condition.
We recommend all returns are sent by a recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.
AML does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of AML.
Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.
Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
AML does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.
